1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

Personal information you disclose to us: We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services or otherwise contact us. This includes: names, email addresses, usernames, passwords, contact preferences, and health data.

Payment Data: We may collect data necessary to process your payment. All payment data is handled and stored by RevenueCat (https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy) and Apple (https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy).

Social Media Login Data: We offer you the ability to register using Sign in with Apple. We will collect certain profile information about you from Apple as described in their privacy policy.

Information automatically collected: We automatically collect certain information when you use our Services, including device and usage information such as your IP address, device characteristics, operating system, and information about how and when you use our Services. This is collected via PostHog analytics.

2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

We process your personal information for the following reasons:
  • To facilitate account creation and authentication and otherwise manage user accounts
  • To deliver and facilitate delivery of services to the user
  • To respond to user inquiries and offer support

  • Subscription & Billing: RevenueCat

We may also share your personal information in connection with any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business.

4. DO WE OFFER ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE-BASED PRODUCTS?

Yes. We offer AI-powered coaching features through Anthropic's Claude AI. Your input and personal information will be shared with Anthropic to enable these features. You may opt out by updating your account settings or contacting us. You must not use the AI Products in any way that violates Anthropic's terms or policies.

5. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

We keep your information for as long as you have an account with us. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will delete or anonymize it.

6. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

7. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. If you become aware of any data we may have collected from children under age 18, please contact us at noah@noahbermudez.com.
