Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Body Positive: AI Health Coach application ("App") operated by Body Positive Health ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.
Body Positive: AI Health Coach is an AI-powered health and wellness coaching application that provides personalized health plans, accountability tools, progress tracking, and nutrition guidance based on user-provided data.
The App and its content are for informational and wellness purposes only. The information provided by the App does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new health, fitness, or nutrition program. We are not responsible for any health outcomes resulting from use of the App.
To use the App, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. All payments are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms. We do not store your payment information directly.

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of Body Positive Health and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without our express written permission.
By submitting data or content to the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content solely to provide and improve our services. We do not claim ownership of your personal health data.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Body Positive Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to health outcomes, data loss, or service interruptions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the App settings.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
